Clear Choice was founded in 2010 with a mission to deliver high quality, affordable repair and renovation services that provide value not only to our clients, but to the Residents that get to enjoy their spaces. Our leadership team consists of a contractor, a carpenter, and a former property manager.
Our Contractor has 18 years experience in various aspects of the industry, including two years as a real estate Home Inspector. He also spent five years as a multi-family Maintenance Supervisor, during which time he was awarded Maintenance Supervisor of the Year twice. These positions, along with a decade of repair and renovation experience, helped him develop a keen eye for how things wear over time and the importance of quality construction and proper installation.
Our Carpenter has a talent for top notch finish work and custom furniture making. His attention to detail shines in every project we do. He can make a repair look like it never happened. He's also a contractor in his own right, with over 20 years experience. He's built and renovated everything from tiny homes to multi-million dollar luxury homes.
Our Property Manager spent 21 years managing income properties and multi-family communities. She ranked #1 in her region 16 of 18 consecutive months. She has a clear understanding of what attracts Residents and which upgrades bring the biggest bang for your buck. She's managed the renovation process "in-house" as a Property Manager and now hands-on as our Office Manager. She's understands Investors' focus on the bottom line and works diligently with scheduling, materials, and pricing to deliver the highest return on your investment.
